The case is great itself, would work perfectly for a suitable iPad, unfortunately it doesn’t fit the iPad model I have perfectly since it’s meant for a thinner iPad despite checking that it is suitable but I have an older iPad model (12.9 pro 5th gen) however it technically still fits so I’m happy. Just not a perfect fit since my model isn’t as thin as the more recent models.
The customer support was always fast and helpful too! I emailed them a couple times to ask questions and they were professional, helpful, and timely!
To summarise, case well designed and works but would recommend a trifold case for 12.9 pro 5th gen instead of this one due to the fit not quite being perfect. Customer service exemplary.

I have sent emails and rang numerous times to change a watch band but no response. Stuck with item $65 spent. Don’t order anything unless you are sure as they won’t return calls emails etc very disappointed.
